1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using any Senpai Studios plugin listed on this site ("the Plugin") on any server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.
2. License to Use
Senpai Studios grants the purchasing party a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the Plugin on servers they own or administer. Redistribution, resale, decompilation, or public re-hosting of the Plugin's source or compiled files without written permission is prohibited.
3. No Warranty
The Plugin is provided "as is." Senpai Studios makes no guarantee that the Plugin will be free of defects or uninterrupted, and is not liable for data loss, economy imbalance, or downtime resulting from its use.
4. Support Scope
Support covers installation guidance, configuration questions, and bug reports for the current major version of each plugin. Support does not extend to custom modifications made to a plugin's files or conflicts with unsupported third-party plugins.
5. Termination
Access to updates and support may be revoked for license violations, chargebacks, or redistribution of licensed files.
1. Data Collected
Senpai Studios plugins store gameplay-related data locally on the server operator's own database — for example player balances, homes, warps, punishment history, protected-block lists, and license validation status, depending on the plugin.
2. Data Storage
All data is stored on the server owner's infrastructure. Senpai Studios does not operate a central server that collects player data from installations of its plugins, aside from periodic license-key validation checks where applicable.
3. Data Use
Collected data is used exclusively to power each plugin's in-game features and is not sold or shared with third parties by Senpai Studios.
4. Server Owner Responsibility
The server operator installing a Senpai Studios plugin is the data controller for their own player base and is responsible for their own privacy disclosures to their players, including compliance with any applicable regional data-protection laws.
